A Message From Our Founder/CEO

"A Courageous Voice (ACV) was created to prevent and protect children from child sex abuse both off and online. My work with youth began over 30 years ago to ensure children have a voice. As a survivor of child sex abuse, I never want to see another child be affected the way I was. "

Educational programs can empower children with knowledge about their rights, how to recognize safe and unsafe situations, and how to report abuse. They also equip adults with strategies to protect children and create safe environments. A Courageous Voice's Kids Voices Matter program uses prevention education to empower children in schools and other youth-serving organizations.
