Lulu Rubens Hartman, AAMS™, AIF® is a dedicated financial advisor committed to helping individuals and families achieve financial clarity and confidence. A graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Lulu spent over a decade as the co-founder and operator of a number of small businesses in the metro Detroit area. Her experience in small business helped her gain invaluable experience in entrepreneurship, business development and management.

Lulu's decision to become a financial advisor stemmed from her family's struggle following the tragic death of her father in a scuba diving accident in 1991. Watching her mother, a 31-year-old widow with two young children, navigate the complexities of financial decision-making alone left a lasting impact on her. This pivotal experience inspired her to pursue a career where she could guide others through challenges and obstacles, doing her best to position clients for preservation by keeping them well-informed.

Lulu holds her Series 7 and Series 66. She is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. Additionally, she is licensed as a resident insurance producer in the State of Michigan. Her commitment to continuous learning ensures she remains at the forefront of the financial industry, always aiming to provide her clients with the most informed and appropriate advice.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lulu is deeply invested in her community. She is currently serving the first of three terms as a board member of Hebrew Free Loan Detroit in addition to serving as a board member for A Courageous Voice. Additionally, she is a fertility buddy veteran for the Jewish Fertility Foundation of Detroit and a recent co-chair of Pride Shabbat in Ferndale, Michigan. Lulu’s commitment to these causes and others highlights her dedication to giving back and supporting the communities she is passionate about.

As new mothers, Lulu and her wife Alexandra have vowed to support family-building initiatives and child protection causes, which reflects their combined commitment to making a positive impact. Her life's work is driven by a desire to help others not just survive but thrive, both financially and in the face of life's challenges.

In her free time, Lulu enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, travel, great food and great music.
